Emirates City, Ajman

Emirates City is a residential and commercial town-sized development being created in Ajman, UAE. The premium freehold development will be located on the new Emirates Road, in close proximity to Al Ameera Village, which is a 20 minute drive from the Dubai and Sharjah International airports.

Emirates City will consist of around 72 residential and commercial towers, ranging from 20 to 50 floors. The towers will be surrounded by a variety of community facilities like lakes, gardens, shopping district, mosques, five star hotels, educational and medical facilities.

The township will be developed in stages, with the first stage initiating the construction of around 25 towers, and the following stages focusing on the development of the downtown area.
